2. Is the venue safe for learners?
Yes. Avela Lodge provides controlled access, on-site security personnel and a structured event management process to ensure a safe, alcohol-controlled and professionally supervised environment.

3. Can schools customise their package?
Absolutely. We tailor each matric dance package according to the school’s budget, theme, and guest numbers.

4. How many learners can the venue accommodate?
We can comfortably host both intimate and large-scale matric dances. Capacity details are provided during your consultation.

5. Do you allow external service providers?
We offer comprehensive in-house packages; however, external suppliers may be considered upon approval and subject to venue terms.

6. How far in advance should schools book?
We recommend securing your date at least 6–10 months in advance due to high demand.

7. Do you host a venue viewing before booking?
Yes. Schools are encouraged to attend our open days or schedule a private viewing.
